Asteroid Foundation is seeking an Sponsorship & Communications Associate (can be an internship) to work in our office full-time from April 15 - July 15 (3 months). This person will be in charge of managing all speaker and sponsor communications leading up to (3) major Asteroid Day events in June. This person has excellent customer service skills, is highly organized, works well under pressure and can speak and write in English fluently. French speaking is a plus.
Technical Requirements

Experience with client services, drafting formal emails and managing calendars
Understanding of GSuite: Google Calendar, Spreadsheets and documents
I have been working in communications, public relations and writing/editing along with many other areas for nearly 30 years. I do a lot of volunteer work as well in communications including the Luxembourg Peace Prize every year where I work with people from around the world putting together a wonderful event. Astroid Day in Luxembourg is an amazing event that I definitely have interest in. I have many contacts and networking connections in Luxembourg, including media and companies. I am highly motivated and when I start a project I am very multi-faceted and will get the job done at the highest level. I am very well organized and work daily with customer service with my clients. I have worked with non-profits as well as associations, magazines and other companies. Any project that I work with I fulfill to the highest standards and I enjoy working with those on my team.
