Writer for website and sales material content

Hello I am starting a business that offers accounting services, website design, logo design and social media marketing. I am in need of a writer to: 1) Review and edit my website content (7 page website 1,500 words max) 2) Create sales text for a trifold brochure and text full and half sheet fliers. 3) Write revisions for a short 75 word script for a video on our website. (I have 4 possible drafts and need input on what will best convey the message along with edits) The key being that the business language and text has a cohesive message that is descriptive with a clear focus and direction when completed. Also be able to provide suggestions on text placement. Be able to Skype chat. Respond to emails and chats within 12 hours Communicate well and meet deadlines Looking for someone who can write compelling text that can sell directly to consumers. This is a B2C business (Business to Consumer) with direct sales so the text must be able to entice and close the clients. (Attention, relate, elaborate, emphasize, assure, call to action) I already have much of the text written and I just need suggestions on edits and placement. As well as suggestions for placement and explanation of the services on the website etc. Its not so much about how much text as to the quality of the text. My target market does not wish to research or read but needs enough information to be sold and assured. I estimate 1,500 to 2,000 words or 1 to 2 pages single spaced or less. However as mentioned I am looking for quality writing that is above par then mine. Some research with references maybe required emphasizing value of our service. Competitors cost in comparison to ours as well as general market research. Looking for someone with experience in writing compelling content that allows my website and direct sales reps to close in as few words as possible.
