1) I have the skills to do everything in your description. I was a PR executive for five years and a self-starter; I ran the relationships at my firm for all of our leading technology clients and then left that world to become an entrepreneur. I'm skilled in both online work and offline writing.
2) I have a number of additional skills you might find useful, but if I'm honest it seems very much to me like you need an online researcher who has the ability to execute over what they learn in their research. Other skills on top of that are 'extras' and I'm happy to share them with you if/when you need them.
3) My portfolio is work history. I have led PR, writing, and media client relationships with companies like ZTE, Avaya, Google, Hitachi, Dole, Novartis, and BT, and have been writing press releases, case studies, marketing plans, ad copy, business plans, and research reports since I left university. I have two degrees, from Canada and Australia. I'd be happy to put all of this to work for you.
4) I'm happy to work for $15/hr and am available 24/7. I am just about to go into transition after my latest startup folded, and so I have a little time on my hands.
