I have 10+ years doing CTO consulting focused in Salesforce and Zoho CRM. With Salesforce it's been from roles and permissions, fields, layouts and formulas up to reports, workflows, triggers, apex classes, visualforce pages and integrations with payment systems, appexchange apps, zapier and more.
My proposal is for 24 days because it's more than enough to get everything ready. We can divide the project in 3 phases:
Phase 1 (1st week): We will focus in roles and permissions, fields, layouts, reports, main objects from Leads and Status to Accounts (if business to business or business to customers) and Deals (or Potentials) and stages. We'll try to get into this week workflows, email templtes, simple automations and integrations.
Phase 2 (2nd week): We will review, adjust and test what was done in Phase 1 plus focusing in Automations, Triggers, Visualforce pages and Apex classes, and Integrations.
Phase 3 (3rd week): During this final week we will review and adjust what was done in week 2, final touches, anything pending and training (videos in english or spanish).
As Scrum Master I propose 3 sprints (1 x weekly) with 4 milestones. 1 planning meeting (1-2 hours) starting each week (Sunday preferred), 1 daily meeting (30 min Monday to Friday, early in the morning or late in the evening) and 1 review meeting (Saturday preferred).
