Hi, We have a professional selling account in Amazon US. We have been doing business selling consumer electronics for quite a few years now. We would like to hire someone who can assist us in handling the selling account such as managing negative feedbacks, resolving A-to-Z claims and Chargebacks etc. Below are the requirements. Requirements: • Good knowledge about [login to view URL] selling • Thorough with [login to view URL] policies and guidelines • Good professional verbal communication to communicate with buyers and Amazon • Good knowledge about Amazon seller central • Customer satisfaction skills • Rough knowledge about retail operations, logistics and supply chain We have 4 employees working full time so most of the work is done by them.
