Hi there! I'm excited to apply for your company's Customer Service Representative opening. I have been working as a customer service representative for over five years now. I have worked as a chat and email support on a food delivery company. Within that line of business, I enhanced my multitasking skills because we are not only chatting with one customer, but three customers at a time.
