We’re looking for two Support Heroes to join our team at Twitter Counter and help our clients from all over the world be successful with our tools, get their problems solved and generally – champion their issues internally. You’ll be doing that by replying to their questions via Freshdesk or live chat. If you’re a great, friendly, and empathic communicator, you should seriously consider this opportunity.
You need to be an initiator, self-motivated and ambitious person to fit in and to do a good job! You’ll work in shifts along with the other chosen freelancer, in order to cover our customers from different time zones (we need to cover North America (PST), Europe and Asia).
Who might be a great fit:
• You’re self-driven and able to work independently as a freelancer.
• You’re able to prioritize tasks and deliver fast solutions based on customer’s need.
• You’ve got a positive attitude, and wiliness to learn.
• You’ve got a native level of English.
No previous experience is required, but some customer support experience will give you an edge.
