We are start up company.
For the beginning you need to be available 12/7. To answer customer inquires by chat or by phone.
You can handle this with other job, but phone support must be handled from the first call (no delays).
You must be online from the laptop on working time
Working time can be flexible
For the begging we will have 1-2 calls daily and 5-6 chat requests. Totally you will be need to work 20-30 hours, but you MUST be online on the computer because customer may come any time.

State hourly budget also considering that you must be on the computer.
We will hire candidate who do already customer service jobs and bid amount will be competitive, As customers quantity is low we expect low budget bid.
