Excel Worksheet Creation and Data Population

I need the individual selected to do the following for each .pdf file I send. 1. type transactions into the spreadsheet in the format specified. 2. categorize each transaction in the spread sheet based upon a master list I provide. 3. deliver the excel spreadsheet to me so that I may import it into Quicken Home and Business 2010. (This is the deliverable) I wish to have a spreadsheet for each bank statement and credit card statement that I send. ## Deliverables I have attached a template of the excel file with the column headings necessary. The Following are rules for formatting each column. # Bank Statement Rules 1. Amounts Input a. Deposits should be positive numbers b. Withdrawals should be negative numbers 2. Check Numbers Input a. Checks should have check number b. ACH transactions should be marked EFT c. Transfers between accounts should be TXFR d. Deposits should be DEP 3. Category and Sub-Category > Leave these blank 4. Payee should be from the transaction a. For checks match check number to image of the check on the statement. i. Payee will be written on the face of the check. 5. Date should be in format MM/DD/YYYY # Credit Card Statement Rules 1. Amounts Input a. Payments to Credit Card should be a positive number b. Purchases should be a negative number 2. Check Numbers Input a. No Check numbers should be input 3. Category and Sub-Category a. Leave Blank 4. Payee should be from the transaction 5. Date should be in the format MM/DD/YYYY
