I have a book with about 600 pages where a number of properties. I would need someone to enter data for each of these properties in a database. There are several ways we could do this, all of them needs me to send you the book to your postal address. We already have a database of properties like these in the book, but we need to add this as well to have a more complete database. We just need to add this data from the book: - Name of property, address, phone, mobile, fax, email, url. We don't want the description. Sametimes the address or email is missing or other fields. We don't want the description, it's less work to do. How can we do this without duplicating our database and not adding properties we already have? - Maybe it's more time consuming to check before if the property is already in our database, than just adding it completely and then applying a duplicate filter, which we alreday have. - Would you scan the book and use some sort of OCR and utility to capture data in an order and paste it on a database? - I've attached a sample page of one of 1 page. This scan has 2 pages. Each of the pages has 10 properties as you can see. I would like to have a price for the whole book, not per hour or per property, but for the whole book. I have a couple of books more when this one is done. I look forward to your bids.
