Attached is a zip archives containing a PDF file of approximately 140 contacts of people who work in doctors' offices. I would like to have these contacts entered into an excel file, also included in attached archive. A few notes:
1. It might be beneficial to have an address 1 and address 2 field.
2. If some entries have fields that I have not specified, please add them as appropriate.
Should be a fairly simple data entry task that should only take an hour or two of manual work, particularly since it is a searchable PDF that you could copy/paste from/to. Probably not worth the time to write a script to parse it, but you could do that as well if you'd like.
