I am looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to work closely with me on an ongoing basis with a view to a longer term engagement for the right candidate. The successful candidate will be an accomplished virtual PA, having many years of experience for clients at an International level. \r\n\r\nDescription: \r\n\r\nPlease do not reply to this job posting unless you are a VERY experienced virtual PA, and can prove this with a couple of client references.\r\nThe job function and role criteria are as follows: \r\n\r\no 500 hours on Odesk - Minimum\r\no A 5 star rating\r\no Speak English fluently\r\no Strong communication skills both written and verbal\r\no Can deal with customers / clients via voice or video Skype calls on behalf your client\r\no Have exceptional knowledge of computer software package such as Microsoft Office, Skype, and GoTo Meeting etc.\r\no Preparation of compelling power point presentations\r\no 70 WPM typing speed - Accuracy of 80% or higher\r\no Solid understanding of Digital media, Social Media, Online market research, plus fundamental knowledge of ITunes App Store and Mobile Application development\r\no Accounting requests, including receipt sorting, preparing expense and costing spread sheets, and data entry\r\no Cloud diary management, includes appointment setting and scheduling or rescheduling\r\no Critical - Support a ticketing system - Emailed or voice mailed tasks are ticketed (numbers) for easy progress updates and job progress recall\r\n\r\n\r\nHere\\\'s what you need to do next:\r\n\r\nPlease reply with a written response to the role criteria detailing your competence to these tasks.
