I’m updating our customer database and I need someone who can move quickly while keeping data 100 % accurate. You’ll be working in Microsoft Excel, filling in a standard template that I will share at the outset. The sheet already contains the required columns, so your main focus is to enter and neatly organise three kinds of information for each customer: • Contact details • Purchase history • Service requests Once the records are in place, give the file a quick pass to be sure there are no missing fields, stray spaces, or formatting inconsistencies—everything should line up with the template’s built-in validation rules. Deliverable A completed Excel workbook returned in the same template, ready for direct import into our CRM. Acceptance criteria • All mandatory cells populated • Consistent date, currency, and phone formats • No formula or reference errors • File passes a spot-check of random rows without corrections needed When you reply, please keep it short and highlight relevant experience you have with similar high-volume Excel data entry or database cleansing tasks.
