With years of experience in the administrative field, I am extremely successful in client services and time management. My experience has been coordinating meetings, booking travel, submitting reimbursement forms, updating databases, generating reports/PowerPoint presentations, providing clerical support to multiple staff members, reconciling department credit card to submit to accounting, dispersing/sorting/creating correspondence, maintaining/ordering supplies and general office duties. I am located on the West Coast of the United States, my availability is 7:00 am to 4:00 PM Monday - Friday with some flexibility.
