We are looking for a customer service manager responsible for overseeing our customer service department in our manufacturing facility. The customer service manager is responsible for the daily operations of the department and the training and overseeing the employees of the department. We need an experienced individual who can manage a team of customer service representatives to call our customers and to answer incoming customer calls regarding service questions, product information, and billing issues.

I have a team of experienced agents and we are currently doing outbound calls for a health insurance company in the US where my agents give insurance options to customers. Each agent is generating an average of 10 leads per day. This is a transfer-type campaign and we transfer those qualified customers to the Licensed Agents in the US. We also have experience in outbound sales calls for AT&T, solar, online local search, real estate, HVAC, debt collection, logistics, insurance coordination. Other experiences we have are technical and customer support, research, data entry, appointment setting, handling ticketing systems, lead generation, real estate appointment setting. All my agents are based in my office, thus the reliability. We have 2 internet providers and I have an IT team on a 24x7 schedule to provide tech assistance to all my agents. We are up-to-date with the current technologies, like desktop sharing (teamviewer, citrix, gotomeeting), CRM/project management tools (Salesforce, Zoho, Asana, etc.), cloud services and VoIP (we have used ringcentral, vicidial and other dialers). We have experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, google drive) and we're knowledgeable with online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar).

I have over ten years of customer service experience, I’ve detailed as manager and lead (asst. manager) during my 33 yrs of employment with IRS, I catch on fast if properly trained, I‘be alway showed up for work timely ( usually 1hour early). I pay very close attention to details, I’m transparent, fair, trustworthy. And I’m usually pretty laid back.
