Convert information on a PDF flight plan into a KML or KMZ file for google earth

My company has flight plans that are 2D PDF files. I would like to convert these files into a format that it can be opened on google earth and seen as a track with all the waypoints. These formats are NOT compatible with google earth [login to view URL] WHAT I NEED IS THIS: I need the files that skyvector spits out to be converted into a format that google earth will accept so I can easily upload my routes by simply opening the new converted KMZ / KML file into google earth. Im attaching a few examples of the Skyvector output files. Im attaching an example of the google earth input KMZ / KML files. ([login to view URL]) Im attaching an examples of how I need google earth to look like after I open the file that you converted, remember that each of these routes is different from the rest so the google earth example is just a picture of what I have inserted manually by hand, one waypoint at a time :-( I HAVE ANOTHER OPTION IF YOU CANT CONVERT: Option 2: A program / web page engine where I copy and paste my company flight plan sumary (PDF) into and you build a converter that spits out the waypoints into a format that is easily exported into google earth. (See attached example of company flight plan sumary [1 page only]: Option 3: A program / web page engine where I copy and paste my ENTIRE company flight plan (PDF) into and you build a converter that spits out the waypoints into a format that is easily exported into google earth. (See attached example of company flight plan [2 page2 only]: These are sometimes 17 pages long) The option that gives the most waypoints would be the preferred choice once its established that it can be done.
