Create Makro to read out data from standardized PDF File and put data to excel cells

I would like to get a (i believe) quite simple makro, if you are familiar with vba in excel. Base is a excel sheet with a few hunderd-thousand building adresses. For each adress a link to a pdf exsists. In this pdf, on page 1, multiple data need to be read out and put to the corresponding adress line. On page two it should be counted how many "appartments" are listes. Here multiple pages, multiple entrances or no appartments could occur (see examples). We only would need the total counted in one cell. The process should be full automated for all adresses. So that i can add new data/adresses and if the makro starts, all data out of the corresponding pdf and adress is added/exsisting is updated/replaced.
