I am currently working as a freelancer and my task is to list products to my clients ecommerce account such as Lazada and Shopee. I have a work experience in one of the leading ecommece in Asia(Lazada). I handled seller inbound in which we are responsible in securing seller's accounts. To whom it may concern: Trusting this message finds you well and you had a great week. I´m very interested in the available position as I have experience with Google Adwords. In order to optimize (make changes to an account) I needed to analyze data within a specific timeframe to identify trends and find the root cause for those trends. Based on those findings I applied changes in order to increase performance based on my clients goals. I have also worked in the past as a team manager for an Outbound Sales campaign (Sprint, the cell phone company) and while working there I was able to match solutions to my customers needs. At the same time I was able to have an outstanding performance and earned several recogitions (available upon request). Communication is key in order to be able to offer the best solution for clients/customers. I am very detailed oriented as I have experience with Excel. I was a Data Analyst at a contact center. I had to audit all the sales our agents/representatives were able to close and then create/update a file that had to converted to a CSV file to be uploaded to the servers. Hi there! I have been in the call center industry before and as an experienced call center agent I possess the skills in handling calls effectively as a customer service representative. As a customer service representative it is important to build rapport to establish your relationship with the customer and empathize to make the customer feel that you are the right person who can help him/her. It is also important that you have control over the call as the purpose should not veer to much towards non-related topic or else it will take up much of your time over the phone. That is also in order for you to be able to cater to other customers over the phone and avoid keeping them waiting for too long. Otherwise, they could just hang up and you could lose a customer just because you weren't able to handle their concern over the phone.
