I nees a Administrative Assistant,providing to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Responsibilities: Answer and direct phone calls Organize and schedule meetings and appointments Maintain contact lists.

I was able to work in a Japanese Travel and tours agency wherein I talked to hotels and ask for room reservations. After that I started working in a call center setting, I even worked at JP Morgan Chase Bank as a Fraud analyst for 2 years and the last company I had was an online money remittance company as a fraud supervisor wherein I handled escalations coming from our call center. I can say I'm flexible and very keen to details since I've been in this industry for 4 or 5 years and I can be more fit in this job post and I'll do my best to have a great contribution to the company as a Virtual Assistant and to have remarkable Customer service to our customers.
