We are a letting agency based in London, UK, USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA and require a virtual assistant to help with the administration and call handling [login to view URL] is a full time position, 5 days a week.
You will be responsible for:
- dealing with enquiries via email and phone and social media
- marketing properties, creating ads
- arranging viewings, collecting viewing feedback
- updating our database
Requirements:
- You must have very good English, a decent PC, and reliable/fast internet
- Able to work independently as well as a part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Outgoing presonality
We want a long-term relationship with you, and if you help us grow our business we will reward you and invest in you.
We work with individuals and are not interested in applications from agencies.
Location: Home Based
Compensation: Depending on experience
