We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to enter in our customer's data into our internal database system. Our ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail. You will report to our Administration Support Supervisor. Understanding of data confidentiality principles is compulsory. The company will rely on you for having accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through a digital database. Role and Responsibilities Enter in customer information into our internal database Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents Apply funds to open contracts into the system Scan documents and print files, when needed Perform weekly and monthly filing Keep information confidential Provide backup for the front desk Conduct any special projects given by the Administration Support Supervisor Job Requirements Proven data entry work experience Ability to lift 30lbs Experience with using office equipment Attention to detail Typing with speed and accuracy Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
