I have more than 10 years of work experience in technical and corporate firms. I'm proficient in various computer software, MS Office applications particularly Excel, Google Spreadsheets and CRM's. I also have BPO experience in telco and financial accounts which will allow me to utilize both my computer and technical skills. I also recently worked as a Virtual Telemarketer Associate, so I'm familiar with inbound/outbound marketing calls, data entry, and email support.
