DATA ENTRY AGENT - English/Russian -Employment Type PART-TIME, WORK FROM HOME Service Response Partners, a privately held outsourced Customer Care company, is looking for HOME-BASED Tier 1 DATA ENTRY Freelancers to assist our client in providing global customer care to millions of customers. We are seeking agents in any location around the world (as long as you have good English skills, good Russian skills, good typing skills, and stable internet connectivity & speed). Our Working Environment and Culture Virtual. You work in the comfort of your home office. Our team works hard and we enjoy each other. Who Are We Looking For? A successful candidate will be friendly, intelligent, customer-centric, and technically curious, someone who is comfortable supporting a popular app and service with many millions of customers. You must also be able to maintain high performance standards (data entered per hour). What Would Be Your Responsibilities? --Providing accurate and timely support via online spreadsheets and data collection tools involving customer inquiries, technical issues, and account issues. --Maintaining a high level of professionalism and a positive rapport with internal team members --Completing the proper research to ensure we are providing the most accurate information, and then fully updating issues, responses, and customer information in the required systems (during and after each customer contact) --Must type at least 20 WPM (based on the online assessment we perform) --Preferred Work Schedule would be during regular business hours in the PACIFIC TIME ZONE, so you can interface with our California team in real-time. But this is not a requirement. If you are a candidate that we are interested in, we would be willing to let you work a schedule that fits your world, as long as your daily performance meets our requirements. Candidates must be at least 20 years old.

My knowledge of Russian language is exceptional, and I know English quite well too and had to use it throughout my whole professional career so far. I am willing to to dedicate myself to this job fully and work for at least 40 hours a week (up to 50, if needed). I understand that it is preferable for employers to work with candidates who have more experience on this website, which is why I'm ready for a slightly lower rate than average, even though I consider myself to be overqualified for this job (which I am completely fine with). I truly believe I will be better than perfect for this project.
