Objective:
Format 2010 Census data, according to these specifications:
Deliver tab-delimited text file.
Include all Zip Codes in the lower 48 states.
Approximately 40,000 records.
The client primarily is interested in zip codes where
the zip code's area includes any portion of one of
the 50 largest CSA's.
Please provide these seven fields:
1) Zip Code
2) Population
3) Population Density
4) Avg Household Income
5) State
6) County or City
Where a zip code spans more than one county/city, list
the one county/city that covers the largest portion
of the zip code's area.
7) The CSA, where any portion of the area of the zip
code falls within one of the 50 largest CSA's.
