Gather information about events for older adults in the UK

Geras LTD is a social impact project for older adults. We provide older adults with information, content and services to help them live as they want at their own home. For this project I would need someone to gather information about events for older adults. The events location need to be in the borough of Lambeth in London, United Kingdom. There are 2 websites that I need you to gather information from: First is the Lambeth council website at: [login to view URL] Over this page you will find a map of leisure centers in Labmeth. I need you to check every one of these leisure centers and see if they offer events for older adults (elderly). The Second website is: [login to view URL] This website is a provider of leisure centers as well as libraries. For this website there is a place to look for libraries and leisure centers. Please start with the leisure centers and look for Leisure centers in the borough of Lambeth, you can type in the zip code: SW2 5RS This will help you find locations that are in Labmeth or close to it. The events you need to look for need to meet the following criteria: 1. Events need to be for people over the age of 60. 2. Events can be everything from a support group, social group to walking in the park (including Arts & Crafts, legal advice and so on. 3. Preferably free events (but paid events are also okay) When you browse those 2 websites you might come across the same leisure centers, if you already did a leisure center in one of the websites you don't need to do him again in the second website. I would need you to make a list, preferably excel sheet (or Google spreadsheet) with the following details: 1. Which Leisure center/Library is the event from 2. What is the pricing for events - can you pay for each event or a membership is needed? What is the cost for members and what is the cost for none members? 3. Can you attend one class? or is it part of a course? 4. Do you need to book a place in the class? Is registering needed or you can just show up? If you need to book in advance, how do you book it? I only need events you can show up to, or you can register by calling a number. If you can sign up by phone number I would need the phone number. * I only need events that you have the full information for, if you can't answer any of the above then the event is not of interest for me. If you have all of the information from the questions above then I would need additional details about the events: 1. Name of the event. 2. Description 3. Photo - usually there is a photo to each event, I just need the URL of the photo. 4. Date of the event - when will it take place, is it a recurring event? happening every week? every other week? I need the exact time of the event, starting time and end time. 5. Address - exact address for the place the event will take place in. 6. Phone number 7. RSVP details - how do you sign up for the event? - Just show up? Phone number to call? 8. Is it a regular activity or is it a fitness activity? I would need you to look for events from the 20th of June until the 20th of July, 2019. Payment would be based on number of events found. Event counts as 1 even if it repeats every week. **Advanced English is needed for this project.
