I need a reliable professional who can take the front-line phone load for my business—well over 50 calls every day—and keep the experience warm, clear, and efficient. Calls come in for everything from product availability to basic troubleshooting, so you’ll be expected to greet, gather details, resolve what you can on the spot, and escalate only when absolutely necessary. Alongside the phones, I also receive a steady flow of general-information emails. When you’re not on a call, you’ll reply to those messages using our brand voice and a set of ready-made response templates; if something falls outside those templates, you’ll flag it for me. Key deliverables: • Answer and document every incoming call in our cloud VoIP system and log concise notes in the CRM • Maintain average call handling time without rushing the customer • Respond to all general-information emails within the same business day, using our template library • Highlight unresolved issues or patterns so we can improve our FAQs and scripts I’ll provide the phone line, a shared inbox, the CRM login, and a short knowledge-base. You bring a quiet workspace, flawless spoken English, and the patience to handle a high volume of interactions with a smile.
