One of my call center clients is moving from a paper enviroment to a paperless enviroment with a CRM system. This CRM accepts uploads of CSV formatted leads. I have an Microsoft Excel Template (See Attachment) and I need to consolidate all the companies leads into this format. The leads vary from Excel sheets to PDF documents. All the information needs formatting into the correct way. There is somewhere in the region of 1 Million bits of data that needs to be correctly formatted. I will provide a sample of the kind of data that needs converting to the most appropriate person for the job. I will supply the data in batches to keep it simple and this will be ongoing work that we will pay for by the hour. Please ask for any more information.

Proper Communication and a small samples before starting a work is the most important key to complete the project successfully , since its the most important parameter it has to be easy and clear.
