I am a work-at-home mom for more than a year now. I landed my first job as a freelance Virtual Assistant on a medical website which caters people with mental health diseases. At first, I was just an article content writer for the website. After few months I was promoted as General Virtual Assistant. I am in charge in scheduling, creating forms for our clients, managing social media, posting our webinars, and managing my employer's email accounts. And then after few months later my employer realized I was a trustworthy employee so he promoted me and I became in charge of customer service, accounting, and ordering of supplements and products for our clients. Since I have a baby I also tried other freelance and part time job. I was also an Amazon Seller customer service and virtual assistant. I was in charge of monitoring buyer messages, feedbacks, assisting our clients especially on their order and conducting some inventory. I was also the one who created scripts (script that we can use for our customers). Sometimes I was also doing some product descriptions for differents websites and I am also creating some articles for other writers (Ghostwriting). I am very passionate and hard working with all the tasks that I am doing. I always treat my company as my company that's why I always make sure that I am giving my 100% all the time. I am also willing to learn more software or application that can help me in my tasks. I may be new here since I started on another platform.

I have worked in a call center as a customer service representative and I have enough knowledge how to deal with customers and also how to properly communicate with them, now I am a sales manager in one of a local call center I share best practices and monitor if everyone follow the standards.
