Needing someone with experience in website navigation. You only need to know how to find information on a website in an optimized time-frame. Using Pitchbox you will: Find industry specific websites Inspect their blog articles Find their appropriate contact information Add accurate information if necessary Enter all collected information accurately into our database spreadsheets The process you’ll be conducting is called the Inspection and Personalization stages - process for stages will be provided in a highly detailed Google Doc upon hire. This process requires critical thinking and keyword awareness. We deal with various industries and must be flexible in understanding certain keywords and elements that we’re looking for on each blog we review. Our end-goal is to create a great list of opportunities using a software tool to perform outreach to (via email) so we can write a guest post for them. Each blog that’s reviewed will have specific information we’re looking for before we can agree that it’s a good fit for our client’s industry. Each industry is significantly different and, therefore, needs special attention and out-of-the-box thinking for the opportunities we plan on performing outreach to. Responsibilities: Learning new email outreach tool, Personalizing lead information using the same tool, Conduct website and blog article inspections, Source accurate contact information, Discuss questions and issues with Digital Marketing Manager, Meeting with Digital Marketing Manager via phone or Zoom at least once weekly, Create a weekly report on KPIs for meetings, Using Asana and Everhour apps to track time and efforts.
