We are looking to hire a virtual assistant that will help us with administrative and Lead generation tasks. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: - VA that will aid in the lead generation efforts at our brokerage. This includes coordinating with other freelancers, removing duplicate entries and using our CRM database - Knowledge of Microsft Office Suite - Based in USA or on the US time zones - Native or fluent English speaking - Prompt communication - Strong organizational skills - Responsible for posting material on social media: LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook - Able to work ~10hrs a week initially Hours and responsibilities will ramp up over time. This will be an ONGOING assignment.
