We want to work with you long-term, and we want you to join our team on a part-time basis. Our products are superior to popular brands because the ingredients are backed by research and formulated with advanced skincare technology. They produce dramatic results more quickly than department store brands. Job Description You will work closely with a companies COO to manage and grow our Amazon business. This is a very serious job that could be challenging to many, but we will guide you and help you learn everything. Your job would cover: - Set up Amazon Seller Central Accounts - Set up & Monitor Product Listings - Set up and manage autoresponders - Set up and monitor Amazon PPC campaigns - Send support tickets to Amazon - Export and analyze Ad performance numbers (Excel/Google Sheets) You don’t necessarily need to have experience in Amazon, but you absolutely need to be: - Very detail oriented (we really don’t like errors) - Very good at English reading/writing - Very good at finding answers and solving problems - Very good at communication - Very good at numbers, math and using excel Tools We Use - Amazon Seller Central - Google Sheets / Excel - Gmail - Teamwork Projects Virtual Assistant Requirements and Qualifications: - High School diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred - Two (2) years’ previous experience handling assistant or administrative responsibilities, or related field preferred - Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); - - -- - Scheduling appointments/updating calendars - Experience with Google Docs, cloud services, and other technology tools - Knowledgeable in technology to communicate via computer, smartphone, or text - Highly organized multi-tasker who works well with fast-paced directions and instructions - Demonstrates excellent time management - Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information - Self-directed and able to work without supervision - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Able to work nights, weekends, extended hours, and holidays as needed

Hello, I'm interested to assist you on daily basis (7 days including holidays) for few hours. I do not have experience with Amazon central account but I have working experience with other Ecommerce sites like Ebay, Etsy etc. I do have lot of experience in data entry, product uploading on various Ecommerce sites, Excel, Word, research, basic Photoshop work etc. so hopefully my experience would be useful. I also have experience in various admin related tasks like managing Google Calendar, Google Drive, Replying to queries in Facebook, Helping customers to process tickets using Wordpress, Invoice entry in Wave accounting application etc. My English is good so communication is not a problem. I may not have all the necessary experiences which you mentioned, but I would be able to do all the tasks following your initial instructions. I'm a graduate & have a full time shift job so flexible timing would be appreciated. I posses many of the requirements and I have more than 3 years experience being a Virtual Assistant and a customer service rep for many stores on Amazon, eBay as well as for Shopify too. I know how to deal with various features on Amazon seller central and processing orders via 3rd party online software, creating labels and saving the tracking numbers for different orders. I have worked closely with my previous client who was a US based Amazon seller and I also know how to reply to email and other daily tasks, like updating daily reports etc. I have the required bachelor degree and good command over English language with amazing multitasking abilities.
