We're building a distribution list and need your help. We will provide you with the ownership entity name of each real estate target. Your task will be to input each name into a search (website provided) and records the owner's name/ address into an excel spreadsheet. In total we have 1000's of target properties so we are interested in building a long term relationship with a quality VA. We will start with a small sample size (+/- 50) to first evaluate the quality/ accuracy/ timeliness of your work. The spreadsheet should have the following categories: 1. Principal Name 2. Principal Address - Street - City - State - Zip 3. Registered Agent Name 4. Registered Agent Address - Street - City - State - Zip
