Details We require a hard working, intelligent person to work with our team to carry out many important duties such as data entry, general administration, basic photoshop retouch and virtual assistant for an online jewelry company. PHILIPPINES NATIONAL ONLY. If you are the kind of person who can be given a task and follow through from start to finish making sure the quality of the task given is completed 100% accurately and to a high quality without supervision then this job is for you. The kind of jobs given on a daily basis would be: > entering configurable products into magento - this is absolutely a requirement! MAGENTO experience. > basic photoshop. being able to change a white gold ring into yellow gold ring or vice versa. > correcting listings on Etsy, ebay, Amazon or Magento to make sure all listing details match perfectly > data mining. researching companies that we could potentially sell our products wholesale to (we will supply SOP for these tasks) > testing usability of website for errors, speed and listing accuracy. an eye for detail > answering emails when necessary > answering phones using skype when necessary > answering live chat when necessary > other general administration >working with our remote team in Europe, Thailand, USA and Vietnam. >slack + trello for communication (similar to basecamp) We will require you to be available Monday-Friday + 1 day on the weekend.. we don't mind either Saturday or Sunday. Hours of employment are 9am Philippines time and finish 6pm Philippines time. (6 days per week. 8 hours per day + 1 hour lunch). ENGLISH skills must be fluent spoken and written. ALL candidates will be required to conduct an interview in person in Manila on or around the dates 22nd - 27th October. Final time and date will be supplied at a later time. Compensation will be $350 USD monthly to your Paypal account. Again this position is full time, requires someone who is intelligent and willing to learn fast and follow instructions closely. We have written instructions for almost every daily activity, must be able to work without supervision ongoing. Higher compensation can be acheived in time for the right person.
