1. Maintain page size A4 and margin left and right margin as 1.5” with top and bottom margin 1.0” header, footer & gutter 0”, page zooming 100%. 2. Maintain Header/footer Size 10 in times new roman. 3. Heading font Time’s new roman-bold size 16, sub heading font time’s new roman size 14, general text times new roman size 12. 4. The font to be used in times roman put bold, italics, underline as per image file. 5. Endnote and footnote are to be given as per image file with font size 10 and font style times new roman. 6. In the place of graphs, picture flow chart and formula to use six enters in ms word file. Maintain caption after six enter space. With the font size 10 style times new roman . 7. Table is to be created as it appears in the Pdf/jpeg files. 8. Paragraph must be done by indent format, paragraph indent space should be 0.25” and given only where required. Character spacing should be normal like 100%. 9. If any symbol is not readable type <s>, word is not readable < w>, line is not readable <L>, and page is not readable <P>. 10. Alignment –heading subheading and body text should be justified. 11. Remove all objects/Lines (Except tables).
