TELEMARKETER / LEAD GENERATOR

THE OPPORTUNITY This position at a Training Company, plays a vital role in the customer acquisition and customer retention process. In being responsible for calling a list of leads or cold call list and scheduling appointments for the sales team, we are seeking someone who is confident, cheerful, friendly and self-motivated, with excellent outcall communication and CRM management skills. This position has no travel requirement with most communication occurring via phone and works across all markets and products/services within BBE. In addition to the hourly rate commissions are available. THE ROLE: Calling into leads and cold call lists and schedule individual meeting appointments for the sales team as well as driving interest and registrations for Seminars / Workshops / Webinars 1. Achieving targets and meeting KPI's 2. Informing potential customers about our products and services 3. Coordinating appointments with the Sales teams’ diary and updating CRM EXPERIENCE: • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role is preferred • Experienced in generating sales leads via the phone. • Customer service and call centre experience a plus. • An ability to coordinate and communicate with a Sales Team • Experience in using CRM for updating, planning and tracking useful. COMPETENCIES – SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES: • Highly motivated, driven and results oriented, with the ability to work effectively towards KPIs in a fast-paced work environment. • Excellent outcall communication skills while displaying a high energy level and positive attitude. • Self-driven with excellent time management and organizational skills. • Self-motivated and independent with a strong work ethic and the ability to take direction well. • Team-oriented. • Articulate with the ability to establish rapport quickly with customers and maintain long-term relationships. • Willingness to engage in cold calling. • Strong computer skills including CRM software and MS Outlook.
