Trainee Manager/Assistant - Online Store

As a trainee manager for our online startup your role is to build our product range and provide customer service upon launch. You will be manning our live chat, responding to our help desk tickets ensuring our customer contact is dealt with swiftly and professionally leaving our customers satisfied with every query they have. Key responsibilities of the job will include: - Planning new products to launch. - Promoting and Marketing the business via Social Media Platforms. - Dealing with customer queries and complaints - Overseeing pricing and stock range. - Maximising profitability and meeting sales targets. - Adding client payments to the system as received via banking, bpay etc. - Preparing Orders to be purchased and shipped to client once payment plan is completed. Because we are a startup expect to be assisting the managing director with adhoc duties associated to launching the startup to adding products to the system. Salary is to be no more than $2AUD per hour / 15k PHP per month preferred if applicants are from the Philippines and not in a relationship which could deter them from 8am to 5pm Monday to Saturday. Upon launch and positive sales income, promotion will automatically occur to manager where you will be involved in Training/Human Resources to grow our team.
