Virtual Assistant (Chinese/English Fluent)

We are searching for a highly efficient virtual assistant to help manage our customer service & delivery business. This will be a part time job - 2pm - 6pm daily China time. You will be responsible to: - Converse with customer service in English to gather information on support required. It could be to update an address in the order or to help check if all the products are shipped correctly. - Converse with our fulfillment company in Chinese on feedback from customer service as well as follow up on delivery status of incoming inventory.
