I am a Marketing Consultant with a growing business now looking for a Virtual Assistant and Marketing Assistant. Long term I hope to set up an agency, so I've got a couple of ads out to find some freelancers in other fields. I want to set up long term relationships with a trusted network so I can focus on my clients' strategies and building the business and have others help me with the day to day management of the marketing and admin.
I need a smart individual with a safe pair of hands that can help me with admin, email/calendar management as well as help with marketing execution. Really just someone who can be given a brief, and work it out, get the job done, knowing that I am always ready to answer any questions as the worst thing anyone can do is guess what I'm thinking if I'm unclear and get it wrong! I really need someone to help keep me organised so I can focus on delivering for my clients, but if you can do some marketing work as well, so much the better!
I'm a Kiwi based in Auckland, hoping to work with a fellow NZ/Aussie to develop a long-term relationship with. No matter where you are from, your English must be top-notch.
At the moment I just need someone to be available as and when needed and to be able to turn things around relatively quickly. We'd need to work out how email/calendar management might work - I've never had a PA/VA before, so if you've experience you'd probably have a better idea than me.
