Depending on the work to be done, I could deliver SERP optimized content for websites, product descriptions and check already existing content for SEO improvement possibilities and typos. I'm based in Western Uganda where I'm volunteering for several social projects (ceramic water filtration, vertical agriculture and ecological farming). I have a reliable internet connection at all times, since I hotspot my laptop through my cellphone and surf on 4G. My rate is above your budget, but I figured I'd bid anyways. It would also be possible (and preferable from my side) to establish a rate for a specific amount of text. I do a lot of topic and SEO research and wouldn't want to feel obliged to justify how much time I spent on that. I believe in result-based payment anyways.
