Easy Data Entry Project

I have a contact list of rougly 4,000 contacts. The list is managed in excel and currently "City, State, Zip" for each contact are all in the same field. I need them broken apart for each contact in individual columns for "city", "state", and "Zip". This is an easy project that should not take too long, and will lead to more work in the future.

I need this done fast, so speed of delivery is important.

The attached file shows a sample of what I am looking for. The top part is what the records currently look like, and the bottom part is what the records should look like when you are done.
