Co-founder of a Start Up Company in Australia is looking for a Virtual Personal Assistant (VPA).

The job involves a range of tasks including, but not limited to, the following:

[url removed, login to view] emails on behalf of the co-founder.

[url removed, login to view] the co-founder's contact database up-to-date.

[url removed, login to view] information & document research.

[url removed, login to view] recommendations to co-founder based on online research carried out.

[url removed, login to view] management.

[url removed, login to view] manage our online KPI (Key Performance Indicator) dashboard.

[url removed, login to view] & responding to bookkeeping projects posted on several freelance sites.

[url removed, login to view] freelancer projects and analysing and shortlisting applicants.

[url removed, login to view] manage the co-founders Linkedin page.

[url removed, login to view] manage the co-founders Twitter account.

[url removed, login to view] the co-founder solve unforeseen problems or tasks that may arise.

[url removed, login to view] the co-founder finish tasks ahead of schedule.

[url removed, login to view] into Zopim Live Chat for our company from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (AEST - Australian Eastern Standard Time), and being able to provide customer support / customer service to website visitors using zopim live chat as, and when, website visitors wish to participate in live chat, and to email the transcripts for each chat to our company. (The live chat is via text only. No voice chat is required).

31. Submitting proposals.

This project is for 4 weeks (5 days per week - Monday to Friday x 4 weeks) and commences on Monday April 20th, 2015.

The project ends on Friday May 15th, 2015.

The total number of hours required is 160 hours (ie. 40 hours per week x 4 weeks = 160 hours).

Quotations from freelancers should be for the 4 weeks, ie. for 160 hours of work (not hourly or for 1 week of work but for 160 hours of work).

This project is just for Ernestine Jasmine.

My preferred method of communication is email and messaging through Freelancer.com.
