Hi, I'm a well experienced IT Consultant with Delphi specialty for more than 10 years and I'm ready to help you out with your project. I can provide a Issue Tracker Site where we can create and maintain features, bugs or any requirement also to upload evidence (.gif, screenshots, files) and comments to create historical data for decision taking. This Issue tracker has Time management to make easy tracking work hours per developer.
