First, let me give you a quick intro to my project .
I have 2 objects: Location and Replenishment_Task. There can be more Replenishment _Task records assigned to the same Location record.
I am was trying to make a view that as soon as a specific link gets loaded on someone's browser it will do the following :
First check if the value of the loc_state field of the location model is set to [login to view URL] it is, it should change the value of the loc_state field to 2. Then it should write a new record on the Replenishment _Task model , and redirect the user to another page
check if the value of the loc_state field of the location model is set to 2 or 3. In this case it should only redirect the browser to another page
check if the value of the loc_state field of the location model is set to 4 . In this case it should only redirect the browser to another page
check if the value of the loc_state field of the location model is set to 5 . In this case it should only redirect the browser to another page
Is there any way to make a view with its respective form and html template that would do all those things?
