The task is centred on reference verification and an employment-history check only; no criminal or credit searches are required. I will send you the candidate’s résumé along with contact details for each listed employer. Your job is to: • Speak with the appropriate HR manager or direct supervisor at every company the candidate claims to have worked for. • Confirm job title, dates of employment, reason for leaving and overall performance feedback (if the referee is willing). • Document the conversation—including the name, position and contact information of the person who provided the reference—in a concise written report, preferably in English. Please follow local privacy regulations, remain discreet, and keep recordings or call notes confidential. A short turnaround (48–72 hours after you receive the contacts) is ideal, and I am happy to clarify any cultural or language nuances before you begin. Deliver the final report as a PDF and include any supporting e-mail confirmations or signed letters you obtain.
