DOS script to resize jpg images in batch in a folder

Looking for someone to write a small DOS script to resize the entire directory which contain only .jpg files (ignore all other files if any in directory)

I am using imagick to do this and works fine with one file, I just want the script to resize all images by 200% i.e. double the image pixels by 2
