NER (Named Entity Recognition) for detecting, form texts written in spanish, PERSONS, ADDERESSES and ORGANIZATIONS

Checked the TXT file; To detect Name of Persons, Locations written, Just need something Common which will indicate that the Name is started here; At end of name, need to add some common marks like Semicolon etc. It will indicate about the End of the Name. Using this logic, easily can detect the Name, Address etc. This is the most convenient solution for you. Second possibility is to go with any API to detect the texts. Already I have word with this kind of project in previous; That was to detect texts from images; Now, I need a small discussion with you regarding this project; I have few queries which needs to discuss with you: I am curious to know, after detect the Name, Address etc, where the data be send? By the way, I need to know whether the data be exported as CSV format, XLS format or any other format? Accordingly I will work. Hola que tal, mi nombre es Ezequie Silvestro, me desempeño como Sr .Net Developer con más de 10 años de experiencia. Veo que es de Argentina por eso escribo en Castellano. Revisé el txt y lo dificil es que los datos no siguen un patrón, es decir no siempre los nombres y apellidos de personas vienen despues de un : o las direcciones siempre van a venir después de una coma. A mi entender nos se puede automatizar del todo, siempre va a ser necesario una intervención del usuario para confirmar si se trata de una persona, dirección u organización. Por ejemplo, los textos que la aplicación tiene dudas para determinar que es, se mostraría por pantalla con el texto original al lado para que el usuario lo marque como Persona, Organización y Dirección. La información es toda de Argentina? La información podemos cargarla en una pequeña base de datos que se puede cargar previamente bucando información en internet.
