VirtueMart setup (w/PayPal Express)

Small not-for-profit music education and performance organization located in Canada needs to setup and configure a shopping cart for program registrations and future merchandise purchases, using PayPal for payment. Website is Joomla 3.8.7 with latest VirtueMart installed. Registration can have multiple selections within a product (parent/child choices). For example, users need to choose a group and an instrument/voice. Choosing an additional group is permitted and there is an additional cost to the user when adding it to the cart. Users also have to pay a fixed Society fee regardless of their other choices. A short volunteer 'questionnaire' is required to be part of the registration - this could potentially be accomplished by creating Required child products. A donation option within the product is also required.
