Advice over Coffee machine components

We need someone that can advice us about coffee machine components like heating elements, temperature - cooking sensors, water heating units, coffeemachine waterpomp, coffeemachine electronics and materials. We need this advice, info and link manufacturers and suppliers / wholesalers for the production of our new coffeemachine. So what we need exact is: - heating element around 70mm a 80 mm diameter - 500 a 650 watt - pre-heating element to position in the coffee machine to bring the temperature of the water from room temperature to 60 a 85 degree ( adjustable ) - temperature / cooking sensor so that when coffee in the coffee pot is cooked it stops on time so the coffee foam is not getting / leaking out the coffee pot. - waterpomp for coffeemachine. (one cup of coffee will have around 70mm water) - because the coffee machine will use tapwater ( not a water reservoir ) there must come some kind of the water pressure regulator unit. - the big pot plate of our coffee machine must be isolated from heating with right material / solution so that the design stil looks good. - we need companies / internet links that can deliver these components so we can order them in small amounts. because alibaba wants orders in 100's of 1000's peaces. We want to be able to order these components for acceptable prices and little amounts. - we need CE - TUV proof components and solutions.
