Product Design: End to End Product Development of Simple Consumer Electronic Device -- 2

The project encompasses development and designing of a product from the idea stage. The product idea is one of a consumer electronic- involving certain IR Sensors, and a few other simple mechanical components. There are a tiny number of products with similar applications available in some markets over the globe, and due inspiration will need to be drawn from those. The challenge associated with this project is the 'short timeline' and 'cost restrictions' of the product and the development process. I'm looking for a knowledgeable and experienced professional, preferably in Bangalore city, India who is willing to take up the challenge, and pursue the project with passion.
