Hello. I have PhD in Structural and Computational Biology. I have experience implementing mathematical equations and algorithms as described in journal publications. I know this can often be a frustrating and elusive task as many research articles do not do a great job of clearly describing their computations. I believe I could be of help doing this.

I am well qualified for this work since I have a very strong background in Matlab programming as well as statistics. I was teaching Matlab in several places and run some projects with it. If your work is mainly about writing codes, learning something, doing research, implementing algorithms, program debugging, or so on, off course I can do it at the best. As my PhD and master studies, I wrote papers and implemented several algorithms in MATLAB. I am pretty sure that I can manage to solve your problem with MATLAB.
